January is typically the time of year people set new goals. There are moments at the beginning of the year where goals and intentions we create feel fresh; a new start is really what we are craving; the opportunity to reinvent ourselves feels promising. This natural break in our timeline works for some and really doesn’t for others. WIth this new year also comes change at work: hiring, firing, new roles, restructuring organizations and the like. The old adage is that “we are meant to handle it” while living our big, full lives. #gulp

The past couple weeks gyms and studios have been bustling. If you are in the Vancouver area, the sea wall is full of runners and the highways are lined with people headed to the mountains. There is a sense of momentum in the air that is creating new habits. These are the actions that can change our lives in a flash. The act of saying YES to showing up means that you are ready to show up for yourself. The pure WILL of declaring your goals and activating them is the momentum that can change your life in a moment.

Now we all know this. We all want this. Sometimes it’s harder to stay determined. That is why we are here. A great coach cares deeply about you and your goals. They share strategies that they are experienced in to move your boulder up the hill or to break it down completely. A great coach doesn’t need to tell you anything new, however they will remind you that you have the answers and the deep knowing.

When do you know it’s time?

  • It’s Monday… and you are holding your breath until Friday.
  • You are losing sleep.
  • When choices seem really challenging.
  • When stress is on the rise.
  • When you, for the lack of a better word, feel stuck.
  • When you are ready for a change of pace, yet don’t know where or how to begin? We’ve got beginning covered!
  • You are in need of someone (who is not your partner!) to bounce ideas off of or work through a problem; we got you.

Every moment is a chance to fully embrace our biggest, most incredible selves and our goals that challenge us to grow.

Let’s do this together,
Cecily
